Keeping admin simple
For a Lease at the Grainstore we use standard documentation which we try to make as straightforward and as easy to understand as possible. To rent a Storage Unit the admin & paperwork is kept to a minimal. Having standard documents helps keep our costs competitive.
We ask for a copy of your identification on signing a Lease and a deposit is payable on all lettings which is 100% repayable subject to terms * conditions at the end of your occupation.
We aim to be as flexible as possible and will normally accommodate bookings at short notice.
George Estates Ltd. insure the Grainstore building however Contents Insurance is not part of the cover. We strongly recommend that Tenants arrange insurance cover for their belongings. Often the cheapest way to do this is to extend your household/business insurance policy.
